PLATFORM CONTENT:

• Admin-generated exam templates, questions, and platform design are owned by prüfi.at

USER CONTENT:

• You retain full copyright of all materials you upload

• By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process content for exam generation only

• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials

RESPONSIBILITY:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content

• We are not liable for copyright infringement of user-uploaded materials

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• End-to-end encryption for data transmission

• Secure cloud storage with regular backups

• Access controls and authentication protocols

• Regular security audits and vulnerability testing

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription

• Uploaded files may be automatically deleted 30 days after exam completion

• Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days

• Anonymized analytics data may be retained for platform improvement

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
